Please remember that server allow to upload up to 10 MB file including avi, doc, jpg, mov, mp3, mpg, ram, txt or zip extension. No any symbol (like ! @ # $ % ^ & *...) or space on name. If you have any other one please let us know and we will configure it an appropriate way. But if you have file that extend to 10 MB the best way is to use FTP (file transfer protocol).
